To complement the cabinetry, Pacific Stone supplied and installed a Dekton Porcelain benchtop in Kreta Matte, finished in a 20mm thickness with a pencil arris detail for a crisp and refined edge. The concrete look surface continues seamlessly up the wall to form the splashback, creating a sense of continuity and craftsmanship that defines the space. Beneath it all, a light timber grain floating plank floor ties the kitchen elements together.

Lighting and fixtures were carefully considered to enhance both functionality and mood. Häfele under-cabinet lighting in warm white, complete with a dimmer switch, allows Ben and Julie to shift effortlessly between task lighting and a softer evening ambience. The Ellici black granite double sink provides a strong visual anchor while remaining highly practical for everyday use. Finishing touches such as Archant’s Crossing handles with their blend of wooden finish and matte black metal continue the theme of texture and tone.

Every detail in this kitchen reflects the commitment to design. Even the often overlooked elements contribute to the overall look and feel, including a Concelo black underbench double bin, anthracite cutlery insert, and Fit side pull-out.
