Park Terraces
The brief was to install 15 kitchens and wardrobes for the Park Terraces townhouses, so the Kitchens R Us team partnered with Form Construction to ensure that it was perfectly executed.
For the last 30 years, we have proudly been the favoured option for local builders in the Bay of Plenty. This stems from our propensity to deliver timely, high-quality shelving, wardrobe, and cabinetry solutions for both residential and commercial client needs.
Kitchens R Us collaborated with the Form Construction team to successfully beautify each unit. Our Tauranga Kitchens team was delighted to take charge of the wardrobe and kitchen installations in all 15 of these modern townhouses.
Despite being a challenging site to build on, the Park Terrace Apartments were constructed on the site of the former Tauranga Squash Club. The townhouses were carefully planned to make the best use of their available space and provide choices for the expanding mid-market real estate segment.
The complex comprises 15 terraced residences with double-glazed aluminium joinery and premium Abodo Vulcan brick cladding. Each two-level townhouse has two bedrooms and a modest outside living area. The brand-new townhouse development is certainly a new and stylish addition to Tauranga’s residential neighbourhood.
These units turned out to be fresh and homey, with just the right balance of functionality. Kitchens R Us is proud to have its stamp on this successful installation project.
